Refund & Cancellation Policy
Escrow protection, unaccepted challenge returns, and dispute refund handling.
1. Unmatched Challenges
If a challenge is created and no opponent accepts before the 60-minute expiration window (or if the creator manually cancels prior to acceptance), 100% of reserved coins are unlocked and returned to the player's available balance instantly.
2. Room Setup Timeouts
If an assigned room creator fails to post a valid Ludo King room code within 5 minutes, the match is voided. Both players have their escrowed coins refunded in full with no penalties.
3. Disconnection & Server Outages
In the event that official Ludo King game servers experience an unscheduled outage verified by our referees, disputed matches are declared “Void & Refund Both”, returning all entries atomically to both players.
