Dispute & Evidence Policy
Official protocol for handling conflicting match claims, screenshot requirements, and referee verdicts.
1. Automatic Dispute Trigger
A dispute is triggered automatically whenever both players report conflicting outcomes (e.g. both claim “I Won” or one claims “Opponent No-Show” while the other claims “I Won”). In all such cases, match settlement is frozen immediately, and stakes remain locked in escrow.
2. Acceptable Evidence Requirements
Referees only accept evidence meeting the following criteria:
- Uncropped Full-Screen: The entire screen with top status bar (showing battery and device clock matching match logs).
- Final Board State: Clearly shows player pawns inside the victory triangle.
- Username Match: The winning player's name in Ludo King must match the player's linked profile on RGLudo.
3. Penalty for Fabricated Evidence
Any player found submitting modified, edited, or reused past screenshots will face permanent account suspension, rating forfeiture, and immediate forfeiture of all platform coins.
